KGI HK Mobile Trader are available for download from Apple App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android). You can search the app by using the keywords "KGI HK" and download the app for free. You can also download from Software download.
How do I login to KGI HK Mobile Trader?
You must install KGI HK Mobile Trader app to your mobile phone first. Then you can click the KGI HK Mobile Trader icon to launch the program, and login with your Account ID and password.
Since KGI HK Mobile Trader, WebTrade and WebTrade-Professional Version share the same Account ID and password of your account, you can simply use your existing Account ID and password to login.
Can I login to KGI HK Mobile Trader, WebTrade and WebTrade-Professional Version simultaneously?
No. If you log in to more than one system simultaneously, you will be treated as multiple login. The first session will then be automatically logged out.
Why does my account logout automatically from KGI HK Mobile Trader after a few minutes?
KGI HK Mobile Trader has a built-in Automatic Timeout function. Your account will be automatically logged out after the default idle time. The idle time ranges are as below:
