Manager, Finance (Product Control) (Ref: 09831- FINM-KGI)

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily control functions to make sure all trades are properly captured and reported
  • Monitor trading positions and report unusual activities
  • Produce daily P&L reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Communicate with other departments on different operational and pricing issues
  • Support Business Unit’s new business initiatives
 
Requirements
  • University graduate in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering or other quantitative subjects
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience product control / middle office / trade support / market risk. Candidates with less experience but with a strong background will also be considered
  • Knowledge of Financial instruments is important, especially with Fixed Income products, derivatives and other structured products
  • Familiar with at least one of the trading systems (e.g. Sophis, Kondor, Front Arena, Murex Summit, etc)
  • Advanced level of skills using Excel (Macros)
  • Attention to details, highly numerical and high accuracy
  • Knowledge of SUN Accounting and SAP Concur is an advantage
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS word, Excel)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Able to work under pressure

Business Analyst, International Wealth Management – System Service Team (Ref: 02024-IWMSABA-KGI)

Responsibilities
  • Understand business requirements and prepare user requirements including functions and features required across digital internal and external platforms to address business needs
  • Coordinate and initiate digital projects with IT and back office department ensuring development & implementation alignment across business units
  • Perform Users Acceptance Test (UAT) on the online securities, futures and options trading platform
  • Co-ordinate UAT life-cycle with tester and IT
  • Preparation of test plan and test cases
  • Responsible for training of our trading system and the development of User manual
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
  • Manage daily operations related to trading system
  • In charge of Web Content Review and Updates
  • Perform system support & handle users’ enquiries on the electronic trading platforms
 
Requirements
  • University graduate in finance or business stream
  • At least 3 years of working experience in securities and financial industry is preferable
  • Experience with wealth management products would be advantage
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good problem-solving skills, self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A good team player who is proactive and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Build and recruit sales team
  • Lead and coach sales team to grow the wealth management business and achieve company financial targets
  • Provide timely and accurate prospects data to track and monitor activities for management reporting and sales forecasts
  • Possess customer network and business channels to explore new business opportunities 
  • Work with Investment Strategies and Product Managers to provide professional advice and total wealth management product solutions to clients ensure the service excellence and customer retentions to uplift sales productivity

Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Report to Head of Treasury
  • Handle and ensure the smooth running of cash management activities including daily funding arrangement and foreign exchange transactions
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to consolidate required funding and resolve cash management issues
  • Manage treasury function including payments and maintenance of bank account records for the managed companies
  • Assist to manage full cycle of the bank accounts such as bank accounts opening, closure, etc.
  • Review and ensure all the treasury transactions, workflows and operations are complied with related guidelines, policies and statutory requirements
  • Participate in system maintenance and enhancement projects
  • Prepare regular reports to head office and senior management
  • Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned
 
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in securities industry with thorough understanding of treasury workflow
