Important Notice: Non-reporting US OTC Securities

Per our US Broker, amended SEC Rule 15c2-11 will be effective from 28 September 2021. This rule amendment means certain non-reporting OTC securities for which there is no current and publicly available information will no longer be quoted. Therefore, these securities will be difficult or even impossible to trade afterwards.

The certain non-reporting OTC securities may be prohibited to place buy/sell order after 28 September 2021, due to lack of market liquidity and price quotation. Clients with positions in any securities effected by amended SEC rule should consider relevant risks.
