Amalgamation of KGI Asia Limited with other KGI group companies

The amalgamation of KGI Asia Limited with the following companies within our group had been completed on October 3, 2017:

KGI Wealth Management Limited,
KGI Securities (HK) Limited and
Grand Cathay Securities (HK) Limited

With the completion of the amalgamation, KGI Asia Limited's CE number with SFC had been changed to KGI BKJ214。
