Hong Kong stock market fell repeatedly after rising for several days. After opening 31 points higher, the HSI rose 127 points and fell 69 points or 0.4% at mid-day to 18,410; the HSCEI fell 27 points or 0.4% to 6,499; the HSTECH fell 24 points or 0.6% to 3,897. The total mid-day turnover of the market was HK$67.19bn. Sales of the top 100 mainland real estate companies in April fell 13% MoM. Mainland real estate stocks generally fell, with Longfor (0960), Sino-Ocean (3377) and Agile (3383) falling more than 8%. Budweiser Asia Pacific (1876)'s 1Q24 net profit fell more than 3%, and its stock price fell 4.4%.
