Hong Kong stocks opened slightly lower on the last trading day in November. The Hang Seng Index opened 21 points lower and opened at 19,346 points. It closed at 19,625 points in half a day, up 258 points or 1.3%. The Hang Seng Technology Index reported at 4,422 points, up 114 points or 2.6%. The HSCEI Index rose 103 points, or 1.5%, to 7,028 points. The total half-day turnover of the market was HK$72.6 billion. Shenzhen resumed multiple-entry visas to Hong Kong, and the share price of SaSa (178) rose 8.9%. In addition, Miniso (9896) rose 7.3%. Chinese chips also performed well, with SMIC (981) and Hua Hong Semiconductor (1347) rose 6.5% and 5.2% respectively.
