Half Day Roundup

US stocks performed well. The Hang Seng Index opened 29 points lower at 20,958 point, the index once turned up, but failed to maintain a half-day drop of 121 points to 20,866 point. The China Enterprises Index fell 39 points or 0.5% to 7,051 point; the Hang Seng Technology Index fell 64 points or 1.5% to 4,303 point. Half-day market turnover was HK$44.1 bn. Alibaba (9988) fell more than 1%, Tencent (700) fell 0.8%. Lenovo (0072) slumped nearly 3% before the results, while Meta media (0072) rebounded nearly 70%.
