Half Day Roundup

U.S. stocks fell after U.S. retail sales data sparked fears of a recession. Hang Seng Index opened 226 points lower, at 21,452 points. The half-day drop narrowed to 6 points, closing at 21,672 points. HSCEI fell 17 points or 0.2% to 7,323 point. The Hang Seng Technology Index fell 51 points, or 1.1%, to 4,473 point. The half-day turnover was HK$50.8 bn. Anta (2020) has personnel changes in its management, and its share price fell slightly by 0.2% to HK$116.5, while its competitor Li Ning (2331) rose 2.6% to HK$71.7.
