U.S. Treasury Secretary Yellen restates to save money when necessary. The three major U.S. stock indexes closed up. The Hang Seng Index opened 129 points lower to 19,920 point. The half-day trend was volatile and once rose by 69 points, but then fell 42 points or 0.2%, to 20,007 points for the first half. China Enterprises Index fell 7 points or 0.1% to 6,829 point; Hang Seng Technology Index rose 54 points or 1.3% to 4,253 point. The market's half-day turnover was HK$66.1 bn. Lenovo (992) continued to perform well and its share price rose 10.1% to HK$8.94. Tencent (700) rose 1.3% to HK$380.6 after the earning results, with the highest peak at HK$387.4.
