U.S. stocks developed individually. The Hang Seng Index opened 9 points lower this morning and closed at 18,919 points. The index once rose by 242 points and then narrowed. It rose 147 points or 0.8% to 19,075 points at market closed. The H-Share Index rose 51 points or 0.8% to 6,415 points. The market turnover was HK$ 76.6 bn. Consumer stocks generally rose. China Resources Beer (0291), XPeng (1368) and Haidilao (6862) rose 1.2% to 1.7%. On the other hand, domestic bond prices of Country Garden (2007) fell sharply, and the stock price fell 5.5% to HK$1.38.
