Investors eased their worries about the banking industry, and US stocks rose. The Hang Seng Index opened 25 points higher at 20,217 points. The index quickly softened and fell 138 points or 0.7% in half a day to 20,054 points; the China Enterprises Index fell 65 points or 0.9% to 6,814 points; the Hang Seng Technology Index fell 48 points or 1.1%, to 4,199 points. The market's half-day turnover was HK$66.7 bn. AliHealth (241) shares fell 9.4% to HK$5.72 today after being speculated on the news yesterday. The profit of Chinasoft International (354) plunged 33.2%, and the stock price fell 13.4% to HK$5.11.
