The Hang Seng Index opened slightly higher by 34 points at 19,333 points. The index once fell by as much as 68 points. The index rose 53 points or 0.3% in half a day, to 19,353 points; The China Enterprises Index rose 32 points or 0.5% to 6,572 points; the Hang Seng Technology Index rose 23 points or 0.6% to 3,917 points. The market's half-day turnover totaled 38.4 billion yuan. Chow Tai Fook (1929) announced its fiscal year results and its earnings per share fell 19.8% year-on-year, with a special dividend and its stock price rose 4%. The Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on nationwide car purchase campaign. BYD (1211) and Li Auto (2015) rose 1% and 1.4% respectively.
