Half Day Roundup
There was news that Canada Pension Plan has entered to HK Stock market. The Hang Seng Index opened 55 points lower at 15,824 points. The index once rose by 150 points, but the half-day gain narrowed to 68 points, at 15,947 points. The HSCEI rose 17 points, or 0.3%, to 5,403 points; the Hang Seng Technology Index rose 21 points, or 0.6%, to 3,218 points. The half-day market turnover was HK$26.5 billion. The best performing blue chip stock was Li Ning (2331), which rose 4.2% to HK$19.98. This was followed by Link (823) and JD.com (9618), which rose 2% and 1.9% respectively.
