U.S. stocks rose last night. The Hang Seng Index opened 78 points higher, closing at 20,423 points. The index once turned down 50 points, and managed recover to rose 94 points closed at 20,439 point; The China Enterprises Index rose 39 points or 0.6% to 6,914 point; the Hang Seng Technology Index rose 4 points or 0.1% to 4,164 point. The market turnover was HK$ 108.4 bn. Sunac (1918) resumed trading on the second day, and its share price continued to fall by 7.4% to HK$1.89. Gold stocks continue to perform well as the market relieving the Fed’s interest rate hike pressure. Zijin Mining (2899) and Shandong Gold (1787) rose 2.8% and 3.7% respectively.
