Hang Seng Index futures settled today, and Hong Kong stock market fell today. The HSI opened 114 points lower and then expanded its losses, falling 320 points or 1.6% today to close at 20,380; the HSCEI fell 131 points or 1.8% to close at 7,286; the HSTECH fell 110 points or 2.4% to close at 4,513. The total daily market turnover was HK$166.65bn. Resource stocks CHALCO (2600) and Jiangxi Copper (0358) reported quarterly profits that were lower than expected, and their stock prices fell 11.9% and 7.6% respectively. Xiaomi's monthly delivery volume reached 20,000 vehicles, and it is expected to complete the full-year delivery target of 100,000 vehicles next month. Xiaomi (1810) and rose against market 0.6% today.
