The Hang Seng Index showed a fluctuating trend today. The index opened 59 points lower at 19,646 points, briefly turned positive, but then fell 24 points or 0.13% by midday to 19,680 points. The China Enterprises Index dropped 20 points or 0.3% to 7,071 points, while the Hang Seng Tech Index fell 25 points or 0.56% to 4,388 points. The total market turnover for the half-day was HKD 66.4 billion. In terms of individual stock performance, Kuaishou (1024) announced its earnings, with adjusted net profit rising by 24%, but showing signs of slowing down, leading to a 10.5% drop in its stock price. Additionally, Laekna (2105) saw a 48% surge yesterday, but after announcing a share placement, its stock price fell by 10.5% today.
