The China Enterprises Index dropped 24 points or 0.3%, ending at 7,280 points. The total market turnover was HK$128.56 billion. Recently, the AI concept has been highly promoted with strong demand, which has also driven growth in the semiconductor market and continued advancement in domestic production. SMIC reached a daily high of HK$33 on Monday, rising nearly 7.7%, marking its seventh consecutive trading day of increases.
