Market Roundup
The U.S. twice announced tariff increases on China in one night, and there are reports that Trump is considering advancing the delisting of Chinese concept stocks. The Hang Seng Index closed at 20,915 points, up 233 points or 1.1%. The Hang Seng Tech Index reported 4,900 points, up 87 points or 1.8%. The National Index rose 133 points or 1.7% to 7,801 points. Today, auto stocks performed well, with Li Auto (2015) up 5.5% and BYD (1211) up 7.1%. JD.com (9618) saw its stock price rise by 1% as its food delivery business "Billion Dollar Subsidy" launched, while Meituan (3690) fell by 1.3%.
