There was news that Canada Pension Plan has entered to HK stock market. Hong Kong stocks opened lower today and then rose. The Hang Seng Index opened 55 points lower and opened at 15,824 points. The index once rose 150 points, but closed at 15,945 points, up 65 points or 0.4%; the Hang Seng Technology Index rose 25 points or 0.8% to 3,223 points; the HSCEI also rose 25 points or 0.4% at 5,411 points. The market's total trading volume for the whole day was HK$47 billion. The best performing blue chip stock was Li Ning (2331), which rose 5.6% to HK$20.25. This was followed by JD.com (9618) and Lenovo (992), which rose 2.4% and 2.2% respectively. In addition, benefiting from the performance of Bitcoin, FA CSOP Bitcoin ETF (3066) rose 3.6% to HK$20.92.
