HSI retreated since reaching a half-year high of 22,700 in last week. After falling for two trading days in a row, Hong Kong stock market fluctuated in the morning. HSI opened 78 points higher, and then fell 138 points to a low of 21,703. HSI rose 60 points or 0.3% to 21,902; HSCEI rose 71 points or 1% to 7,496; HSTECH rose 78 points or 1.7% to 4,621. The market's mid-day turnover totaled HK$79.9bn. Tesla’s (TSLA), the leading EV makers, share price performed well last night, which led to the rise of peers’ share today. Share prices of BYD (1211) and Li Auto (2015) rose by 5.2% and 8.7% respectively.
