US-China tariffs continue to affect consumption. Recently, Trump stated that he hopes to reach agreements with some countries in the next two to three weeks, possibly including China. The Hang Seng Index opened 42 points lower this morning and then expanded its decline, once falling 360 points to a low of 21,712 points. It fell 267 points or 1.2% at midday, reporting 21,805 points; the China Enterprises Index fell 102 points or 1.3%, reporting 8,013 points; the Hang Seng Tech Index fell 102 points or 2%, reporting 4,946 points. The total market turnover at midday was 122.2 billion HKD. Horizon Robotics (9660) saw its cornerstone investor lock-up period end today, with its stock price falling 6.7%. JD.com (9618) and Meituan (3690) continued their decline, with stock prices falling 5.3% and 4.8% respectively.
