Responsibilities
  • Strategically develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and projects to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the acquisition team to create and manage the digital campaigns across various channels
  • Responsible for performance marketing, including but not limited to SEM, Media Buy, display ads, and social media advertising
  • Optimize onboarding and conversion flow to enhance performance and provide better customer experience
  • Assist department head on executing digital projects
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with product team, sales team, research team, IT team, and other stakeholders to coordinate marketing and project initiatives
  • Take responsibility for ensuring a deep understanding of regulatory requirements relating to acquisition campaigns and communications
  • Work with internal teams and vendors to develop a framework for tracking and measurement
  • Key insights and analysis for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies and recommendations on tactics
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing strategy with 5 years gained from financial industry
  • Solid experience with project management.
  • Knowledge of SFC Type 1 and Type 4 regulation requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in various martech platforms and analytics tools: Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Appsflyer, Firebase, Branch, etc
  • Experience with effectively managing paid budget allocation and optimization
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with proven ability to deliver detailed analysis and campaigns updates within tight deadlines
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills. 
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Good problem-solving skills, self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A good team player who is proactive and with a strong sense of responsibility
